Tina is a Chartered Accountant and senior Director with over 35 years’ experience in accounting, taxation, business advisory, and governance. Passionate about helping people and organisations achieve their financial goals, she holds non-executive board roles with Gladstone Airport Corporation and Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and serves in several community leadership positions. Tina holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) with Distinction, a Diploma of Financial Planning, is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

A dedicated community leader, Joe served as long-term President of the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He also coaches the Clinton Junior Development Squad, fostering teamwork and skills in young footballers while contributing to the region’s economic and social development.

She works alongside clients to help them make clear, confident decisions about their financial future. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys giving back through volunteering in her local community.

Sharon joined the UHY team as a junior administration officer during the 1980’s. She performed various tasks before finding her niche in the accounting sector. She enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals. From once-a-year salary tax returns to corporate entities requiring quarterly management reports, business activity statements or even accounting software support, nothing is out of bounds. Sharon is committed to utilising her knowledge and skills in the best interests of our clients to ensure they maximise all opportunities.

Phillip is a CPA with over 35 years’ experience providing management accounting, taxation, business advisory and audit services to a range of clients including salary and wage earners, small businesses, not for profit organisations and large corporate groups. Phillip is also an active community member having served on the committee of several sporting clubs and has also served on the board of directors of a community welfare not for profit organisation. Renowned in the office as our ‘go-to’ for tax legislation and latest cases and news, Phillip has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Amanda has worked in the accounting and taxation industry since 2008, initially as a receptionist, before finding her passion for taxation in 2014. She has a keen eye for detail and loves nothing more than assisting her clients with their annual tax compliance while catching up on the events of the past year. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Learning Management. When Amanda is not at work, she can be found hosting Trivia at various locations across the Gladstone region.

Logan has several years’ experience in administration and customer service and holds a Certificate III in Business. After recently returning to Gladstone, she is excited to join the UHY Haines Norton CQ team as our first point of contact in welcoming and assisting clients. Logan looks forward to building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues while contributing to the smooth running of the office.

Sandra has extensive experience across business operations, and a solid background in financial administration and leadership, business development, and project management. As part of her extensive working career, she has implemented and led comprehensive overhauls of business systems that have improved efficiencies and driven high performing teams, as well as expanding the scope and capabilities of the organisation.
Sandra recently joined UHY Haines Norton CQ and will be working closely with the Directors and the UHY team providing administrative support, helping identify improved efficiencies and focusing on managing and delivery of special projects.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys socialising, spending time with family, house renovations, and singing — activities that bring balance and creativity to her professional life.
